Things have changed a lot in the past thirty years or so and over this period we have used and tested many systems from most of the main manufacturers. Today we work with some manufacturers on new developments which we feel puts us in the best possible position to recommend the best products for your particular budget.

Our Hire systems are sent to you fully configured ready to work. You shouldn't ever need to alter any frequencies as we do the calculations and set the systems up for you. We also do these calculations for you even if you are adding to your own systems and require matching frequency sets. Just tell us the make/model of your systems and the frequencies they are set to. We'll do the rest.
The actual microphones we provide are miniature and have around a 4mm - 6mm capsule diameter. All are suitable for both speech and musical theatre. They are generall supplied in a beige skin tone however we also have brown and black available for other skin tones and even white should you wish to position the microphone on light coloured clothing? We can provide either our basic series microphones that can be used in both amateur and professional theatre or indeed the top of the range microphones used in the West End and on Broadway etc. The choice is yours.
Unlike some companies we provide licensing of the major radio/wireless frequencies included in our Hire fees. Not everyone tells you that a license is required to use the vast majority of professional radio/wireless microphone systems legally here in the U.K. Not all Hire companies have a license themselves as it's down to the end user to license the equipment.
We give you various package options allowing you to add or subtract items you may or may not require. We don't force you to take something as part of a deal. If you don't need it we won't charge you for it. It's as simple as that.
Out of hours technical support on evenings and weekends is provided by email or phone free of charge. We'll even talk you through simple things like connecting the receiving equipment to your sound system and how to fit microphones as well as advanced equipment settings should you require these? We do appreciate not everyone is an experienced professional theatre acoustic engineer.
