Queen Mary's School - North Yorkshire
Queen Mary's Independent Girls School situated near Thirsk, North Yorkshire has just purchased a new Sound Reinforcement System from Sound Hire.
Having supplied and operated hire equipment for stage musicals performed at the school recently, the staff and headmaster felt confident they could trust Sound Hire to supply the best equipment available for their budget.
The new system comprises of some of the latest available audio equipment including a Proel analogue audio mixer with a digital effects processor built in, along with a USB port to enable it (if required) to be hooked up to a PC for recording etc, as well as all the usual features you would expect from a quality product. The latest compact active Celestion loaded Proel loudspeakers have also been supplied providing plenty of high quality volume. We also supplied a suitable audio multicore and other cabling etc.
This equipment will be used in the main hall for future stage musicals performed at the school and also for various audio visual presentations and other events that take place in school.
We custom designed the system to suit the budget and set up and tested everything on delivery, ready for technicians to use as and when required. We also provided the necessary advice on loudspeaker placement and fixing positions, and will continue to provide technical support free of charge (unlike some companies) well into the future.
